Two of the Resource TV’s favorite people to listen to are Joe Rogan and Gary Vaynerchuck. Rogan is known as a comedian and for his role in the UFC. He may not pontificate on a lot of business strategies, but he is an outside-the-box thinker, and you will learn a lot and certainly be entertained in his podcast!

Vaynerchuck, as the Resource TV puts it, has an “incredible immigrant back story, is an extremely hard worker, is another outside-the-box thinker, and is just as real and raw as they come.” Rogan and Vaynerchuck sat down recently, and two large nuggets emerged for real estate and lending professions. And that’s how to build highly efficient and successful teams. Some people are just great at sales, while others excel at putting a loan together or structuring a real estate contract. We can either force this person to do it all, or set them loose with what ignites them. We can then build a team around them with associates who are passionate about the details and paperwork!
